Dr. Tiffany J. Phillips, Founder & Chief Operations Officer

Dr. Tiffany J. Phillips is a renowned school psychologist, behavioral expert, and passionate education advocate dedicated to transforming learning environments for all students. With over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, special education, mental health support, and educational equity, she has worked extensively across schools, clinics, and communities to implement research-based interventions that foster student success.


A proud University of Houston and Howard University alumna, Dr. Phillips earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology, specializing in developing inclusive, trauma-informed practices for diverse student populations. She further honed her expertise through a prestigious post-doctoral fellowship at UT Southwestern and Children's Health Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, where she provided comprehensive behavioral and developmental support for children with autism and related disorders.


Dr. Phillips is a sought-after speaker, lecturer, and consultant, having delivered over 30 conference presentations, symposiums, panels, and lectures on topics ranging from educational equity and social-emotional learning to behavior intervention and culturally responsive practices. Her ability to blend psychological insight, social justice frameworks, and practical strategies makes her an influential voice in the field of education.


In recognition of her commitment to education reform and social justice, Dr. Phillips has been selected for several prestigious professional fellowships. She is a Memorial Foundation Social Justice Fellow, where she collaborated with other leaders to advance policies that promote educational equity and justice. Additionally, she was named a Texas Education Policy Fellow with the Institute for Educational Leadership at Texas Tech University, where she contributes to shaping policies that enhance educational opportunities for marginalized communities.


Further demonstrating her leadership in the field, Dr. Phillips has been selected as a member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) Government and Public Relations Committee. In this role, she works to influence policy, promote mental health initiatives, and advocate for equitable access to school psychological services nationwide.


Dr. Phillips believes in the power of education to transform lives and is committed to ensuring that every student—regardless of background or ability—has the support and resources needed to thrive.

University of Houston

Earned a comprehensive foundation in psychological theory, research methods, and applied practice with interdisciplinary insights from sociology and gender studies. Developed strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills. Completed advanced coursework in human development, social behavior, and cultural identity. 

2012-2018

Doctorate of Philosophy, School Psychology

Howard University

Earned a doctoral degree with advanced training in psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation in school-based settings. Completed 900 practicum hours, a 1,800-hour internship, and a 2,000-hour post-doctoral fellowship. Gained expertise in behavioral analysis, culturally responsive practices, and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS). Developed strong competencies in collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and supporting diverse student populations.

2019-2020

Clemson University Center for Applied Behavior Analysis

Completed specialized training in behavior assessment, intervention design, and implementation rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Developed proficiency in data collection, functional behavior assessments, and evidence-based interventions for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. Strengthened skills in ethical practice, progress monitoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across educational and clinical settings.
